We are looking for experienced Speech and Language Therapists and Play Therapists to join our team. You will be responsible for your own small caseload of clients and contribute to the care provided for a shared caseload of families within our unique play and therapy groups, toy libraries, training and workshop services.

We recently celebrated our 5th birthday and our multi award-winning work has blossomed and grown year upon year. We love serving our local community with our unique offering of Pictologue Play, ToyBoxes, Care & Therapy and we look forward to the next 5, even 50 years!
We are in the process of converting our legal status from a Social Enterprise to a Charity, becoming registered as a foundation Charitable Incorporated Organisation. This will more accurately reflect our work and our values.
We are currently recruiting a small team of founding Trustees. This voluntary role is ideal for parents or teachers of children who have communication needs as you would be able to offer incredible insight and support to help Pictologue further its work and mission. Also suitable for professionals who have a charity background and/or interest in supporting children who have additional needs.
You would help us to:
- ensure Pictologue is carrying out its purposes for the public benefit
- comply with Pictologue's governing document and the law
- act in Pictologue's best interests
- ensure Pictologue is accountable
- manage Pictologue's resources responsibly
- act with reasonable care and skill
